Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist Teil unseres Support-Teams nach intensiver Einarbeitungsphase
- Du unterstützt unsere Kunden (50-500 PC-Arbeitsplätze) beim Betrieb ihrer komplexen IT-Infrastruktur
- Du betreust die Client- und Server-Systeme unserer Kunden im Microsoft-Umfeld
- Du bearbeitest eigenverantwortlich eingehende Serviceanfragen und Störungsmeldungen per Telefon, Fernzugriff und vor Ort beim Kunden
- Du setzt Änderungsanforderungen in komplexen IT-Infrastrukturen selbständig um
- Du analysiert eigenständig IT-Probleme und erarbeitest Lösungen für die Anwender bzw. koordinierst Problemmeldungen mit nachgeschalteten Einheiten des Anwendersupports
- Du dokumentierst die veranlassten Tätigkeiten im Ticketsystem nach Fertigstellung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du besitzt eine qualifizierte Ausbildung im IT-Bereich
- Du verfügst über praktische Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Microsoft-Betriebssystemen
- Du verfügst idealerweise über Praxiserfahrung in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Bereiche: Virtualisierung (VMware, Hyper-V), Backup (Veeam), IT-Security (Sophos), Microsoft (AD, Windows Server)
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team und hast Freude im Umgang mit Kunden
- Du verfügst über gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und arbeitest strukturiert und eigenständig
- Du verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Engagement und Zuverlässigkeit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
