Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt unser Team aktiv bei der Vorbereitung und Umsetzung der ISO 27001-Zertifizierung und hilfst, unser Informationssicherheits-Managementsystem (ISMS) aufzubauen.
- Du analysierst bestehende IT-Prozesse und hilfst bei der Dokumentation unserer System- und Netzwerkinfrastruktur, wobei du deine Kenntnisse in Linux und Netzwerktechnik einsetzt.
- Du erstellst und pflegst wichtige Dokumente, Richtlinien sowie Prozessbeschreibungen und unterstützt bei der Durchführung interner Risikoanalysen.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung und dem IT-Team bereitest du Status-Updates vor und nimmst an relevanten Projektmeetings teil.
- Du wirkst bei der Verknüpfung unseres ISMS mit dem Qualitätsmanagement nach ISO 9001 mit und lernst so die Schnittstellen zwischen beiden Normen kennen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eines ähnlichen Fachbereichs.
- Du bringst erste Grundkenntnisse in der IT-Sicherheit sowie im Bereich Netzwerke und Systeme mit.
- Du hast eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Lust, dich tief in komplexe Themen wie die ISO 27001 einzuarbeiten.
- Als kommunikativer Teamplayer freust du dich auf den Austausch mit verschiedenen Abteilungen und der Geschäftsführung.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau) und bringst gute Englischkenntnisse mit.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
