As a Working Student in Safety & RAMS, you will work at the intersection of project management, safety and quality, supporting and coordinating key RAMS activities. You’ll grow your expertise and actively contribute to safe and compliant renewable wind energy.
What can you expect?
You support the coordination of RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements) within ongoing technical projects
You act as a communicative interface between technical requesters, QHSE, internal and external RAMS authors, and the PTW Coordinator
You prepare and maintain placeholders for preventive measures based on the outcomes of the “N+ Meetings”
You initiate RAMS creation, track progress, and ensure timely completion and documentation in line with defined deadlines
You collaborate with consortium partners and department leads on updates and revisions of RAMS documents
You participate in project-related meetings to help ensure a smooth and compliant RAMS process, assist with research tasks, structured document management, and SharePoint administration, and contribute to the monitoring and preparation of RAMS-related KPIs

What should you bring along?
You are enrolled in a relevant degree program and are ideally studying with a focus on occupational safety, quality management or environmental management
You bring curiosity and an interest in QHSE- or RAMS-related topics; first practical experience from a student job or internship is a plus, not a requirement
You are available for at least 16 hours per week and enjoy working in a dynamic project environment
You work confidently with MS Office (especially Word and Excel); experience with SharePoint or similar tools is helpful
You communicate very well in English and ideally have a good command of German
You learn quickly, collaborate easily with others and are motivated to contribute to safe and high-quality project execution

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
