Working Student in Safety and Risk Assessment Coordination (m/f/d)
What can you expect?
- You support the coordination of RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements) within ongoing technical projects
- You act as a communicative interface between technical requesters, QHSE, internal and external RAMS authors, and the PTW Coordinator
- You prepare and maintain placeholders for preventive measures based on the outcomes of the “N+ Meetings”
- You initiate RAMS creation, track progress, and ensure timely completion and documentation in line with defined deadlines
- You collaborate with consortium partners and department leads on updates and revisions of RAMS documents
- You participate in project-related meetings to help ensure a smooth and compliant RAMS process, assist with research tasks, structured document management, and SharePoint administration, and contribute to the monitoring and preparation of RAMS-related KPIs

What should you bring along?
- You are enrolled in a relevant degree program for at least another 12 months, ideally with a focus on environmental engineering, occupational safety, quality management, or environmental management
- You communicate very well in English and have good knowledge of German
- You live in Hamburg or nearby are willing to join us in the office at least once a week
- You are available for 16 to 20 hours per week
- You bring curiosity and an interest in QHSE- or RAMS-related topics
- You work confidently with MS Office365 (especially Word and Excel)
- You are motivated to contribute to safe and high-quality project execution
You will receive a working laptop and headset that you can use to work remotely in coordination with your team lead.
