Was erwartet dich?
- HR Operations & Administration: Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft von HR (Erstellung von Zeugnissen, dem Onboarding neuer Mitarbeiter oder der digitalen Dokumentenablage, sowie der Betreuung unserer Werkstudenten). Mitarbeit in administrativen HR-Themen, z. B. Benefits-Management, Ausfüllen von Formularen oder Vorbereitung interner Präsentationen
- Talent Acquisition: Mitarbeit im Recruiting-Prozess, Unterstützung bei Bewerber:innen Screenings, Terminorganisation und Pflege unseres Bewerbermanagementsystems (Lever) - nach deiner Einarbeitung unterstützt du uns beim Suchen und Ansprechen passender Kandidat:innen auf LinkedIn & Co. Recherche & Analyse - Beobachtung von Trends rund um Stellenanzeigen und Jobplattformen sowie Unterstützung bei der Auswertung von TA-Daten
- Projects & Employee Experience: Organisation von internen Initiativen & Formaten - Unterstützung bei der Planung des Value Month und der Vorbereitung von Workshops inklusive Erstellung von Präsentationen. Recherche & Kommunikation im Bereich Learning & Development - Identifikation neuer L&D-Anbieter
- Employer Branding & Kommunikation: Du bringst frische Ideen ins Employer Branding ein, ob beim Schreiben von Social Media Posts, der Mitarbeit an HR-Initiativen oder beim Ausbau unseres Netzwerks an Hochschulen und Young Professionals. - Du bist immatrikulierte:r Student:in und kannst 15-20 Stunden pro Woche bei uns arbeiten
- Du begeisterst dich für HR-Themen und möchtest erste praktische Erfahrungen in diesem Bereich sammeln
- Du arbeitest proaktiv, bist zuverlässig und bringst kreative Ideen mit
- Teamarbeit und offene Kommunikation sind für dich selbstverständlich
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
