Deine Rolle
- Du setzt neue Konzepte im Bereich Employer Branding & Talent Attraction um, insbesondere bei Messesauftritten, Campusevents und Veranstaltungen im Rahmen der globalen Vorgaben
- Du erstellst zielgruppengerechten Social Media Content in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserer internationalen Marketingabteilung
- Du übernimmst die administrative Projektbegleitung, einschließlich Datenbankpflege, Vor- und Nachbereitung von Karriereevents und Messen sowie Vorbereitung von Präsentationen

Dein Profil
- Du befindest dich in einem laufenden Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Personalmanagement, Media-Management, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder einem vergleichbaren Schwerpunkt
- Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Marketing, Personal oder in der Arbeit in anderen Professional Services Firms, wie Finanz- oder Industrieunternehmen
- Du zeigst Begeisterung für Personalmarketing, Social Media und aktuelle Trends und bringst Kreativität sowie erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Karriereportalen mit
- Du hast gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der Interaktion sowie transparenter Arbeit in einem internationalen Team
- Du verfügst über sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse und beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift (C1-Niveau)
- Du bist zeitlich flexibel und kannst 20 Stunden pro Woche neben dem Studium arbeiten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
