Wirkungsbereich – das kannst du bewegen

Als Business Consultant Customer Experience bist du die Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde, Produkt und Technik – mit dem Ziel, Kundenerlebnisse zu gestalten, die begeistern.

Du arbeitest in abwechslungsreichen Projekten im SAP- und CRM-Umfeld und begleitest unsere Kunden bei der Digitalisierung ihrer Vertriebs- und Serviceprozesse.
Nach einer gezielten Einarbeitung übernimmst du Verantwortung – von (Teil-)Projektleitungen bis hin zur eigenständigen Betreuung von Kundenprojekten.
Du verbindest klassische SAP-Prozesse (z. B. SD/MM, Business Partner, Angebote, Aufträge) mit modernen Technologien und Frontends.
Du arbeitest eng mit der Entwicklung zusammen, um aus Ideen praxistaugliche Lösungen zu gestalten.
Du unterstützt unser Produktmanagement mit deinem Wissen aus Kundenprojekten bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer itmX-Lösungen.
Du bringst dich aktiv ein – mit deinen Ideen, deiner Erfahrung und deinem Blick über den Tellerrand.

Fähigkeiten – das zeichnet dich aus

Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im SAP-Umfeld, insbesondere mit den Modulen SD, CS und gerne auch MM
Du kennst die zugrunde liegenden Prozesse und das Customizing (zum Beispiel rund um SAP Business Partner und angrenzende SD Prozesse wir Angebots und Auftragsmanagement)
Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Geschäftsprozesse und verstehst, wie man sie in SAP-Systemen effizient abbildet
Du bist technisch affin und hast Lust, dich tief in unsere itmX-Lösungswelt einzuarbeiten und dein SAP-Wissen kontinuierlich zu erweitern.
Du bringst Neugier und Offenheit für neue Themen mit – z. B. rund um KI, Automatisierung und moderne CX-Technologien
Du arbeitest gerne im Team, übernimmst aber auch Verantwortung für eigene Themen und Projekte
Du hast Freude daran, mit Kund:innen zu kommunizieren, Prozesse zu verstehen und lösungsorientiert zu beraten
Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse und bist bereit, gelegentlich zu reisen
