Je nach Wohnort, berätst Du unsere Kunden vor Ort und remote im Vertriebsgebiet Bayern. Hierbei trittst Du kommunikationsstark und serviceorientiert als kompetenter Ansprechpartner für unser Produktportfolio auf.
Was erwartet Dich?
- Du bist erste Ansprechperson für Kommunen, Planer, Elektriker (m/w/d) und den Elektrogroßhandel
- Du schöpfst gezielt Kundenpotenziale durch eine strukturierte Analyse Deines Vertriebsgebiets aus
- Du knüpfst aktiv Kontakte und weckst Interesse für unsere Produkte
- Du stellst unser Produktportfolio vor und berätst direkt vor Ort und remote
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Außendienst des Großhandels und unseren Handelsvertreter:innen zusammen
- Du organisierst und begleitest Hausmessen passend zur Kundenstruktur
- Du erstellst Berichte nach Kundenbesuchen und gibst wertvolle Marktimpulse weiter

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast erste Erfahrung im Außendienstvertrieb – idealerweise in der Elektrotechnik oder im Elektrogroßhandel
- Du bist reisebereit im Vertriebsgebiet Bayern und möchtest auch im Homeoffice arbeiten
- Du hast einen Führerschein der Klasse B
- Du hast eine elektrotechnische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit technischer Affinität
- Du bist gerne als Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) willkommen, sofern Du technisches Interesse und Verständnis mitbringen kannst
- Du hast Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1 Niveau
- Du besitzt Kommunikationsstärke, Überzeugungstalent und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Du hast eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
