Was erwartet dich?
- Du lernst, wie man mit DATEV arbeitet, um Lohnabrechnungen und Buchhaltungen für kleine und mittelständische Betriebe zu erstellen, und erhältst dabei kontinuierliche Unterstützung
- Du wirst darin geschult, eigenständig Jahresabschlüsse für kleine und mittelständische Betriebe zu erstellen sowie die dazugehörigen Steuererklärungen anzufertigen
- Du lernst, effizient mit Finanzämtern und Sozialversicherungsträgern zu kommunizieren, indem du Anfragen sorgfältig bearbeitest und alle notwendigen Unterlagen fristgerecht einreichst
- Du wirst in die Prozesse zur Fristverlängerung eingeführt und sorgst dafür, dass Belege ordnungsgemäß eingereicht werden. Dabei lernst du, kompetent auf Rückfragen zu reagieren, Sachverhalte zu klären und bei Bedarf fundierte Einsprüche einzulegen
- Du eignest dir Wissen über die Abstimmung und Pflege von Konten an, um diese Aufgaben sicher und zuverlässig zu bewältigen

- Du bist gut in dem Umgang mit Zahlen und Daten und bringst ein gutes Grundverständnis in Mathe mit
- Du bist genau und zuverlässig, und es macht dir Spaß, Aufgaben präzise zu erledigen
- Du kommunizierst gerne, ob im Text oder Gespräch, und schätzt den Austausch mit anderen
- Du bist neugierig und motiviert, um moderne Tools wie DATEV zu entdecken und damit zu arbeiten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
