Was erwartet dich?
- Selbstständige Durchführung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung inklusive aller Folgeprozesse wie DEÜV-Meldungen und Lohnsteueranmeldungen
- Pflege der Stamm- und Bewegungsdaten, insbesondere Zuschläge, Abwesenheiten, Fehlzeiten, Pfändungen und Abzüge
- Betreuung der Zeiterfassung und der Zeitkonten sowie Aufbereitung der Daten für die Abrechnung
- Kommunikation mit Mitarbeitenden, Behörden, Krankenkassen und Sozialversicherungsträgern
- Unterstützung bei Jahresabschlussarbeiten sowie bei Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsprüfungen
- Pflege und Verwaltung der Personalakten sowie Erstellung von Bescheinigungen und weiteren HR-Dokumenten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbares Studium
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der vollumfänglichen Entgeltabrechnung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrecht
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Abrechnungsprogrammen (z. B. SAGE)
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Zeiterfassungssystemen (z. B. Interflex)
- Zuverlässigkeit, Diskretion und Genauigkeit
- Freundliches und serviceorientiertes Auftreten
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
