Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Account Management unterstützt Du das Team bei administrativen Aufgaben, der Pflege des CRM-Systems und der Durchführung von A/B-Tests. Du arbeitest an der Anlage neuer Partnershops, analysierst deren Performance, führst Wettbewerbsanalysen durch und erstellst Auswertungen sowie Präsentationen. Dabei sammelst Du wertvolle Einblicke in Vertrieb, E-Commerce und Projektarbeit.

Was erwartet dich?
- Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) unterstützt Du unser Account Management Team bei allen administrativen Tätigkeiten, wie zum Beispiel der Pflege unserer CRM-Software und der Anlage von A/B Tests.
- Deine Aufgabe besteht unter anderem darin, neue Onlineshops in unser System anzulegen und bei unseren Partnern Gutscheincodes anzufragen sowie diese hochzuladen. Dabei hast Du die Möglichkeit, erste vertriebliche Erfahrungen zu sammeln.
- Mit Deinem Zahlenverständnis analysierst Du die Performance und erstellst Auswertungen für unsere Partnershops.
- Du übernimmst Wettbewerbsanalysen und die regelmäßige Prüfung unserer E‑Commerce Partner mittels Testbestellungen.
- Du hilfst dem Team mit der Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Präsentationen, idealerweise in mehreren Sprachen.
- Zudem unterstützt Du bei internen Projekten und treibst Themen voran, die unser Tagesgeschäft verbessern

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist Student (m/w/d) eines Studienganges im Bereich BWL / Marketing / E‑Commerce / Kommunikationswissenschaft o.Ä.
- Du interessierst Dich stark für die E‑Commerce-Branche und das Einlösen von Gutscheinen / Rabattcodes ist Dir nicht fremd.
- Wenn Du erste Erfahrungen im Vertrieb oder Marketing hast, ist dies von Vorteil.
- Du hast ein gutes analytisches Verständnis und liebst den Umgang mit Zahlen.
- Du kannst sehr gut mit den üblichen PC-Anwendungen wie MS Office umgehen.
- Neben Deinem Studium kannst Du zeitlich mindestens 15-20 Stunden die Woche arbeiten.
- Du bist ein freundlicher, engagierter und kommunikativer Teamplayer.

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
