Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt das DGL-Team bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Deutschen Golf Liga, einschließlich Unterstützung vor Ort beim Saisonhöhepunkt: Final Four
- Du unterstützt im Bereich Zuschauerakquise, wie E-Mail-Marketing, Social Media und Pressemitteilungen
- Du setzt in Abstimmung mit den Projektleitern Vertragsleistungen für Partner:innen um
- Du erstellst und verwaltest Bild- und Videodatenbanken
- Du koordinierst Teilprojekte, wie die Players Party, Volunteers, Steuerung von Filmteam/Videoproduktion, Teilnehmermanagement, Ticketing und Absprachen mit Dienstleister:innen, Künstler:innen, Gastronomie und Hotellerie
- Du bearbeitest selbständig Teilnehmeranfragen und betreust die Turnierhotline

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du absolvierst gerade ein Studium im Bereich Sport-, Medien-, Event-, Kommunikationsmanagement, BWL oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
- Du kannst sicher mit den gängigen MS Office Produkten umgehen, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse
- Du arbeitest selbständig und strukturiert, überzeugst durch Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit und bringst die Bereitschaft mit, auch am Wochenende im Einsatz zu sein
- Du bist gerne bereit, bei anderen Projekten mitzuarbeiten und zu helfen, da unser kleines Team sich gegenseitig unterstützt, wo es nur kann

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
