Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt bei der Bestandsaufnahme und Pflege relevanter ESG-Kennzahlen sowie bei der Datenaufbereitung und Qualitätssicherung für interne Systeme
- Du führst ESG-relevante Marktstudien und Wettbewerbsvergleiche durch, um strategische Empfehlungen ableiten zu können
- Du arbeitest bei der Erstellung von ESG-bezogenen Präsentationen und Ad-hoc-Analysen mit
- Du wirkst bei der Vorbereitung von ESG-Projekten auf Objekt- und Corporate-Ebene mit und unterstützt bei der Entwicklung von Umsetzungskonzepten
- Du erstellst Analysen und unterstützt bei der Implementierung regulatorischer und gesetzlicher Vorgaben im ESG-Kontext
- Du hilfst dem Team in Zusammenhang mit Nachhaltigkeitszertifizierungen (z. B. DGNB „Gebäude im Betrieb“, Klimaschutzfahrpläne) und der Teilnahme an Scoring-Plattformen (z.B. GRESB)

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist derzeit in einem Vollzeitstudium immatrikuliert, vorzugsweise mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlicher oder immobilienökonomischer Ausrichtung oder im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Sozialwissenschaften oder Naturwissenschaften
- Du bringst ein Interesse an interdisziplinären Themen wie Digitalisierung in der Immobilienbranche, Stadtplanung, Regulatorik oder Bauphysik mit
- Du hast idealerweise ein Grundlagenwissen der Immobilienwirtschaft, Gebäudetechnik oder ökologischer Nachhaltigkeit – diese sind jedoch kein Muss
- Du hast einen sicheren Umgang mit den gängigen Office-Programmen, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Leistungsbereitschaft
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
