Freiberuflicher Studierendenjob als Begleiter/in für Aktionstage in Schulen und Kitas (m/w/d)
Ein Aktionstag findet in der Regel von etwa 7:00 bis 13:00 Uhr statt
Was erwartet dich?
- Du begleitest Aktionstage an teilnehmenden fit4future-Schulen bzw. -Kitas
- Du unterstützt die fit4future-Area-Manager:innen bei der Vorbereitung des Aktionstages, sei es telefonisch oder per Mail
- Du leistest Hilfestellung beim Aufbau der Stationen
- Du koordinierst und betreust die Helfer:innen
- Du motivierst die Kinder
- Du gibst Anleitungen und ein kurzes Stations-Briefing für die Stationsbetreuenden

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen abgeschlossenen Bachelor im Gesundheitsbereich, wie z.B. in Sportwissenschaften, Psychologie, Bewegung, Gesundheit oder Sozialpädagogik
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert
- Du hast Erfahrung in der pädagogischen Arbeit mit Kindern, z. B. als Übungsleiter:in, Trainer:in oder Betreuer:in in einem Feriencamp
- Du hast Spaß an der Arbeit mit Kindern, Lehrkräften und pädagogischen Fachkräften
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und ein eigenes Auto
- Du bist offen, freundlich und kommunikativ, gleichzeitig flexibel und durchsetzungsstark
- Du bist bereit, innerhalb der Region zu reisen
- Du kannst ein erweitertes polizeiliches Führungszeugnis vorlegen (kann nachgereicht werden)

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
