- Führung & Entwicklung eines interdisziplinären KI-Teams (z. B. Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Data Engineers) inkl. Coaching, Feedback und Teamaufbau
- KI-Strategie & Roadmap: Ableitung, Priorisierung und Steuerung von KI-Initiativen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Produkt, IT und Fachbereichen
- Use-Case-Entwicklung: Identifikation, Bewertung und Umsetzung von KI-Anwendungsfällen (z.B. Prognosen, Automatisierung, NLP, Recommender, Computer Vision)
- Delivery & Qualität: Sicherstellen von End-to-End-Umsetzung (Datenbasis Modell Deployment Monitoring) inkl. Modellqualität, Robustheit und Performance
- MLOps & Skalierung: Aufbau/Weiterentwicklung von Best Practices (CI/CD für ML, Feature Stores, Model Registry, Monitoring, Retraining, Experiment Tracking)
