Du entwickelst unser Brand-System und setzt es operativ über Websites, Sales-Assets und Kampagnen um. Mit digitalem Markendenken (Figma, Web-Basics) übersetzt du Finance- und Steuerthemen in klare Kommunikation, steuerst Agenturen und sorgst für Konsistenz und Tempo. Pluspunkt: Erfahrung mit regulierten Inhalten. Deutsch und Englisch fließend.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst Markenleitbilder und Narrative, um die Positionierung im Spannungsfeld Vermögensverwaltung und Innovation (Tokenisierung, Digitalisierung) zu gestalten
- Du definierst das Brand System, einschließlich Design-System (Farben, Typo, Komponenten), Tonalität/Voice, Governance-Regeln und Do/Don't-Katalog
- Du erstellst Architektur und Guidelines für eine Multi-Brand-/Sub-Brand-Landschaft (Hauptmarke, Produktmarken, Events) inklusive Naming und Co-Branding-Regeln
- Du definierst regulatorische und steuerliche Guardrails gemeinsam mit Legal/Steuerberatung und übersetzt diese in wiederverwendbare Sprach- und UI-Bausteine
- Du führst Brand Audits und Konsolidierungen durch, indem du alle Websites, LPs, Socials, Sales-Assets, Decks, One-Pager und Anzeigen aufnimmst und harmonisierst
- Du setzt Design-Ops auf, einschließlich Template-Bibliothek, Komponenten-Kit und Asset-Repository (z. B. in Notion/Figma) sowie Versionierung und Freigaben
- Du vereinheitlichst Web-Auftritte durch Briefings, Art-Direction und QA und arbeitest eng mit Engineering (z. B. Next.js/Vercel/Tailwind) und Content zusammen
- Du steuerst Agenturen und Freelancer durch Briefings, Sourcing, Auswahl (RFP), Budget und Qualität und sorgst für Output und Tempo
- Du baust Content-Assets wie Pitch-Decks, Produkt-Sheets (auch für tokenisierte Real Assets), Social-Kits, Event-Visuals und Anzeigenpakete
- Du übernimmst Brand QA und Governance im Regelbetrieb, führst Reviews und Schulungen durch und betreibst einen „Brand Helpdesk“ für Team/Stakeholder

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in Brand, Design-Ops oder Brand Management, idealerweise in Steuer- und Finanzdienstleistungen, FinTech, Asset/Wealth Management oder Tech-Umfeld mit regulierten Inhalten
- Du hast eine Affinität zu Finance und kannst Asset Allocation/Produkte in klare, compliance-feste Botschaften übersetzen, mit Interesse an Tokenisierung, DLT, eWpG/MiCAR
- Du bist hochmotiviert, hast Lust, mit uns die Vision umzusetzen, kannst gut mit Druck umgehen und freust dich auf neue Anforderungen
- Du bist stark operativ, lieferst selbst (Figma/Adobe, Slides, Web-Basics) und kannst mehrere externe Streams parallel steuern
- Du hast ein digital-first Markenverständnis, kennst Design-Systeme, Web-/UI-Basics, Performance-taugliche Creatives und modulare Templates
