Wir möchten, dass Menschen in Bewegung und damit mobil bleiben. Als Assistenz im Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d) liegt dein Fokus auf der Erstellung von Angebots- und Vertragsunterlagen, auf dem Kundenkontakt (E-Mail und Telefon) und in der Pflege der Kundendaten.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt unser Vertriebsteam bei der täglichen Arbeit aus dem Innendienst heraus
- Du erstellst eigenverantwortlich Angebot- und Vertragsunterlagen und trittst mit unseren Kundinnen und Kunden direkt in Interaktion - meist telefonisch oder per E-Mail
- Die Bonitätsprüfung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden sowie die Identifikation der handelnden Personen gehört dazu
- Du bearbeitest eigenständig die Kundenanlage im System und pflegst unser CRM- und Kalkulationssystem
- Du erstellst Vertragsmappen, prüfst den Empfang der Vertragsunterlagen und hältst diese nach
- Das Beste: Du bist immer über die neusten Fahrzeuge informiert und fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Vertrieb und Disposition

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du besitzt mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem kaufmännischen Bereich
- Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst sind von Vorteil, zum Beispiel in der Angebots- und Vertragsausfertigung
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office und im Umgang mit Customer Relationship Management (CRM)-Systemen
- Du bist es gewohnt, eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten und dich und deinen Arbeitstag zu organisieren
- Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrung in der Automobil-, Leasing- oder Energiebranche, jedoch sind Quereinsteiger und Quereinsteigerinnen aus anderen Branchen willkommen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
