Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die Planung und Definition der Rahmenbedingungen für Geschäftsprozesse, einschließlich einheitlicher Standards, einer Prozesslandkarte sowie eines Prozessmanagementkonzepts mit dem Schwerpunkt Kreditgeschäft
- Sie verantworten den kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess durch Überwachung und Optimierung der Qualität der Geschäftsprozesse für das Aufgabengebiet
- Sie tragen die Verantwortung für die Anpassung und Umsetzung von (neuen) Geschäftsprozessen in Abstimmung mit den Prozessverantwortlichen bzw. den Fachbereichen
- Sie sind Ansprechperson für die technischen Fragestellungen und unterstützen die Mitarbeitenden bei ablauforganisatorischen Themen
- Sie erarbeiten und erstellen Statistiken sowie Analysen zur Effektivitäts- und Effizienzmessung der Prozesse (Prozesscontrolling)

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bankkaufmann/-frau (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, ein sachdienliches Studium oder Weiterbildungen im Bereich Prozessmanagement/Kreditgeschäft
- Sie haben fundiertes Wissen im Bereich genossenschaftliches Banking, Digitalisierung und Prozessmanagement
- Sie übernehmen gerne Verantwortung für neuartige Themen und deren Umsetzung und können Menschen in Meetings oder Präsentationen mitnehmen
- Sie verstehen sich als Treiber (m/w/d) von Innovation sowie Digitalisierung und finden sich in vielfältige Themen des Kreditgeschäftes einer Bank, aber auch außerhalb davon, schnell zurecht
- Sie denken ganzheitlich, arbeiten gerne in Teamstrukturen und arbeiten selbstständig sowie zielorientiert
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS365-Anwendungen und kennen sich im Idealfall gut in agree21 bzw. dem Banking Workspace (BWS) aus
