Was erwartet dich?
- Du gestaltest visuelle Inhalte für unsere Marketingkampagnen, Produktpräsentationen, Verkaufsunterlagen, Newsletter und Printmaterialien wie Kataloge, Broschüren und Präsentationen.
- Du entwickelst markenkonforme Headlines, Copytexte und Claims für Kampagnen, Produktlaunches und die interne Kommunikation.
- Du sorgst dafür, dass die visuelle Markenführung nach internationalen MONIN-Guidelines einheitlich umgesetzt wird und passt globale Kampagnen an.
- Du bringst deine kreativen Ideen aktiv ein und setzt sie so um, dass sie inhaltlich und visuell perfekt abgestimmt sind.
- Du arbeitest mit den gängigen Design-Tools wie Adobe InDesign, Illustrator und Photoshop und erstellst damit ansprechende Layouts und Designs.
- Du koordinierst dich eng mit den Teams aus Sales, Marketing und Branding, stellst die Marken- und Anforderungskonformität aller Materialien sicher und leitest eigenverantwortlich Fotoshootings an.
- Du optimierst und entwickelst bestehende Marketingmaterialien regelmäßig weiter, damit unsere Markenkommunikation immer auf dem neuesten Stand bleibt und gestärkt wird.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Grafikdesign, Kommunikationsdesign, Mediengestaltung oder einem vergleichbaren Fach.
- Du bringst mindestens 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Grafik- oder Marketingbereich mit, idealerweise im FMCG-, Getränke-, Lifestyle- oder Agenturumfeld.
- Du beherrschst die Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) sicher – Kenntnisse in 3D-Tools wie Blender, Dimension oder Cinema4D sind ein Plus.
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Ästhetik, Design und Text und weißt, wie du die richtige Botschaft visuell und textlich überzeugend vermittelst.
- Du verbindest Bildsprache und Text zu klaren, emotionalen Botschaften.
- Du packst Projekte mit einer ausgeprägten Hands-on-Mentalität an und setzt deine Ideen mit Freude sowohl textlich als auch visuell um.
- Du bewahrst die Markenidentität in deinen kreativen Prozessen und lieferst konsequent markenkonforme Inhalte.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, organisierst deine Projekte selbstständig und behältst auch bei mehreren Aufgaben den Überblick.
