Was Du erwarten kannst
- Du unterstützt das Bewerbermanagement und lernst den gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess von A bis Z kennen, von der Stellenausschreibung bis zur Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter.
- Du assistierst zunächst bei Bewerbergesprächen (per Video) für Praktikumsstellen und moderierst diese bis zum Ende Ihres Praktikums selbstständig.
- Du unterstützt bei verschiedenen administrativen Aufgaben in der Personalabteilung (z. B. Vertragsgestaltung, Vorbereitung von Präsentationen, Offboarding etc.
- Du trägst zu unserer Strategieentwicklung bei und gestaltest aktiv unser Content Management mit.
- Du erhältst Einblicke in die inneren Abläufe eines Unternehmens. Als Teil unseres HR-Teams lernst du die Bereiche Recruiting, Employer Development, People & Culture kennen und machst dich mit verschiedenen Formaten von Feedbackgesprächen vertraut.
- Basierend auf deinen Fähigkeiten wählst du ein strategisches Thema aus und leitest dein eigenes Projekt.

Dein Profil
- Du studierst Betriebswirtschaft, Psychologie, Marketing, Sozialwissenschaften oder ein ähnliches Fach.
- Du hast großes Interesse am Personalwesen und idealerweise bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen gesammelt.
- Du bist schnell von Begriff und neugierig auf neue Herausforderungen.
- Du verfügst fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint und Excel
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und verfügen über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
