Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie wirken bei der Arbeitsvorbereitung mit und kontrollieren den Bausoll, gleichen ihn mit den Ausführungsunterlagen ab
- Sie prüfen die Werkplanung in Abstimmung mit der Bau- und Projektleitung und organisieren sowie überwachen Bauabläufe für alle Gewerke der KGR 200-500
- Sie setzen die Sicherheits- und Unfallverhütungsvorschriften um, sind für ihre Einhaltung verantwortlich und planen, gleichen ab sowie kontrollieren Geräte- und Personalbedarf
- Sie nehmen Mängel auf, veranlassen die Beseitigung dieser und unterweisen die Nachunternehmer sowie gewerbliche Mitarbeitende
- Sie kontrollieren die Vorgaben des Arbeitnehmerentsendegesetzes zur Eindämmung der Schwarzarbeit

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse mit
- Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum/zur geprüften (Werk-) Polier*in (m/w/d)
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Funktion, mind. jedoch als Werkpolier
- Sie haben Kenntnisse über Bauprozesse, Konstruktionsdetails, relevante Regeln, Vorschriften und Qualitätsstandards
- Sie kennen die unterschiedlichen Facetten der Bauausführung
- Sie beherrschen den Rohbau, Innenausbau sowie die Haustechnik
- Sie haben eine 50%ige Reisebereitschaft im norddeutschen Raum
- Sie arbeiten derzeit mit digitalen Mängelmanagement Software & digitalen Bautagebuch
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit der Baustellencard

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
