- Qualifikation zur Einrichtungsleitung gemäß HGBPAV
- Alternativ Weiterbildung zum/zur Fachwirt/-in im Gesundheitsmanagement oder abgeschlossenes Studium Pflegemanagement
- Methodenkompetenzen in Wirtschaftsplanung, Personalführung, Besprechungswesen, Projektmanagement
- Fachliche Expertise und Erfahrung in der Leitung von stationären Pflegeeinrichtungen
- Kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Teamgeist und Organisationsgeschick
- Freude an der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit
- Sicheres, verbindliches und zugleich freundliches Auftreten mit dem Bewusstsein für die Verantwortung, die die Position mit sich bringt
- Engagement, emotionale Intelligenz und ausgeprägte beratende sowie soziale Kompetenz

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
