Als IT Operations Manager (m/w/d) bei der SelectLine Group Holding übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle für unsere gesamte Unternehmensgruppe. Du bringst deine Expertise im Bereich IT-Betrieb, Infrastruktur und Teamführung ein, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Systeme stabil, leistungsfähig und zukunftssicher bleiben. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit verschiedenen Gesellschaften der Holding zusammen und stellst eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit über Standorte hinweg sicher.

Dein Verantwortungsbereich:
- Teamführung: Du leitest und entwickelst unser Admin-Team (IT-Helpdesk & IT Operations) fachlich und persönlich weiter.
- Infrastruktur-Management: Du stellst Verfügbarkeit und Performance unserer IT-Infrastruktur sicher.
- Prozessoptimierung: Du implementierst und optimierst Helpdesk-Prozesse, überwachst SLAs und KPIs.
- Projektsteuerung: Du leitest IT-Infrastruktur-Projekte und koordinierst interne sowie externe Ressourcen.
- Risikomanagement: Du verantwortest Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery und Eskalationsmanagement.
