Als Junior Projektleiter (m/w/d) Telemarketing bei triveo übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von B2B-Telemarketingkampagnen. Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Projektablauf, führst Briefings und Schulungen durch und stellst die Qualität sowie die Zielerreichung sicher. Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest eigenverantwortlich Telemarketingkampagnen und sorgst dafür, dass alle Projektziele erfolgreich erreicht werden. Dabei behältst du stets den reibungslosen Ablauf im Blick
- Du führst Briefings durch, setzt Datenbanken auf und organisierst sowie führst Schulungen durch
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Qualitätssicherung der Kampagnen und behältst Budget und Kosten stets im Griff
- Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für alle Fragen rund um deine Projekte und sorgst für eine klare Kommunikation
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung der Mitarbeitenden und schaffst ein positives Betriebsklima, in dem sich dein Team wohl fühlt und motiviert arbeitet
