Konventioneller Bau als auch Großmaschinenpakete nebst notwendiger Tiefbau- und Entwässerungsarbeiten sowie Kabeltiefbau runden unser Portfolio ab.

Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erstellen eigenverantwortlich detaillierte und wettbewerbsfähige Angebotskalkulationen für komplexe Projekte im Gleisoberbau und bei Weichenumbauten und erkennen sowie erarbeiten Sondervorschläge
- Sie analysieren fundiert Ausschreibungsunterlagen, Leistungsverzeichnisse und technische Spezifikationen zur präzisen Ermittlung von Material-, Personal- und Gerätekosten
- Sie ermitteln den Bedarf an Nachunternehmerleistungen für unseren Zentraleinkauf, um die Kostenstrukturen zu optimieren und die Wirtschaftlichkeit sicherzustellen
- Sie unterstützen die Bauablaufplanung
- Sie entwickeln und optimieren unsere Kalkulationsprozesse weiter, um Effizienz und Genauigkeit nachhaltig zu steigern

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung (z.B. Bautechniker:in)
- Sie verfügen über nachweisliche Expertise in der Kalkulation von anspruchsvollen Gleisoberbau- und Weichenumbauprojekten
- Sie haben idealerweise Vorerfahrung als Bauleiter:in im Gleisbau, was Ihnen ein tiefes Verständnis für die praktische Umsetzung verleiht
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit gängiger Kalkulationssoftware (RIB iTWO) und haben fundierte Kenntnisse der VOB und relevanter Regelwerke
- Sie besitzen ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Maß an Verhandlungsgeschick
- Sie arbeiten gerne im Team und verfügen über fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
