Was erwartet dich?
- du übernimmst die Konzeption in komplexen B2B-Kundenprojekten, von der Gestaltung und Moderation von Anforderungsworkshops bis zur Erstellung von User Flows, Wireframes sowie Mockups
- du bearbeitest und erstellst professionelle Produktbilder und -kompositionen für die unterschiedlichsten Kanäle und Formate, von der Website bis zur Social Media Ad
- du verantwortest die professionelle Gestaltung und Erstellung von hochwertigen Digital- sowie Printprodukten wie Flyern, Karten oder Broschüren
- du erstellst responsive Screendesigns für Desktop sowie Mobile innerhalb bestehender Corporate Designs und stellst eine konsistente User Journey sicher
- du fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen verschiedenen Gewerken und sicherst die Qualität von Briefings, Produkten, Konzepten sowie Ergebnissen von Freelancern
- du arbeitest eng mit dem Projektmanagement zusammen, um beispielsweise Aufwandsschätzungen präzise zu kalkulieren und Projekte erfolgreich umzusetzen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit und hast dein Fachwissen durch ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Grafik-, Kommunikations- oder Mediendesign, eine Ausbildung in Mediengestaltung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation untermauert
- du verfügst idealerweise über fundierte Erfahrung aus Agenturen für digitale Vermarktung und kennst dich mit dem entsprechenden Produktportfolio bestens aus
- du hast einen starken Fokus auf die Vereinheitlichung und Standardisierung von Design-Elementen, um eine nahtlose Customer Journey zu gewährleisten
- du besitzt die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte einfach zu visualisieren und für die jeweilige Zielgruppe verständlich aufzubereiten
- du bist KI-affin und wendest moderne KI-gestützte Tools wie Midjourney oder Photoshop AI sicher sowie effizient in deinem Arbeitsalltag an
- du kommunizierst exzellent, berätst Kunden souverän auf Deutsch sowie Englisch und präsentierst deine Ideen überzeugend
- du zeichnest dich durch eine lösungs- und prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein kollaboratives Mindset aus und treibst Projekte im Team voran

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
