Was erwartet Sie?
- Als rechte Hand der Bauleitung und Poliere steuern Sie die täglichen Abläufe auf unseren Baustellen im Erd- und Grundbau direkt mit.
- Sie koordinieren die anfallenden Bauarbeiten, teilen die Aufgaben im Team ein und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Fortschritt.
- Dabei packen Sie selbst aktiv mit an und überwachen gleichzeitig die fachgerechte Ausführung, um unsere Qualitätsstandards zu sichern.
- Sie stellen sicher, dass alle benötigten Arbeitsmaterialien und Betriebsmittel rechtzeitig vor Ort sind.
- Sie verantworten die ordnungsgemäße Einrichtung, Absteckung und Absicherung der Baustelle nach Plan.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Baugewerbe, idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung zum/zur Vorarbeiter:in.
- Mit Durchsetzungsvermögen, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität packen Sie gerne tatkräftig mit an.
- Sie besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B und bringen die nötige Reisebereitschaft für Einsätze auf verschiedenen Baustellen mit.
- Im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen sind Sie sicher.
- Für eine reibungslose Kommunikation im Team und auf der Baustelle sprechen Sie fließend Deutsch (C1).
