Was erwartet Sie?
- Als rechte Hand der Bauleitung sind Sie die zentrale Ansprechperson direkt auf unseren Baustellen im Erd- und Grundbau.
- Sie führen Ihr Team vor Ort, teilen die täglichen Aufgaben ein und stellen einen reibungslosen sowie sicheren Bauablauf sicher.
- Sie packen selbst mit an, leiten Ihre Kolleginnen und Kollegen fachlich an und sind das Vorbild für Qualität und Arbeitssicherheit.
- Sie verantworten die Material- und Gerätekoordination und sorgen dafür, dass Ihr Team jederzeit optimal ausgestattet ist.
- Sie übernehmen die Einrichtung sowie Absteckung der Baustelle und dokumentieren den Baufortschritt für die Projektleitung.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Baugewerbe, idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung zum/zur Vorarbeiter:in.
- Als Persönlichkeit überzeugen Sie durch Durchsetzungsvermögen, Zuverlässigkeit und die Bereitschaft zu Montageeinsätzen.
- Sie besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B, um unsere Baustellen flexibel zu erreichen.
- Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office für die tägliche Organisation sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
- Dank Ihrer sehr guten Deutschkenntnisse kommunizieren Sie klar und sicher im Team und mit der Bauleitung.
