We are looking for a Working student to join our growing Finance team. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in financial processes. You will play an important role in streamlining internal processes, gaining exposure to financial systems and contributing to the success of an innovative product by enabling financial decisions.

- Improve & establish processes along the financial value chain to ensure data quality
- Suggest automation opportunities across systems (Looker, Metabase, Moss, DATEV, Excel, Power BI)
- Support in financial month-end closings to ensure data accuracy
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Establish a budget and financial guidance where to invest money smartest
- Drive analyzes on high volume business data as well as financial data
- Collaborate with team members on ad-hoc financial requests to create transparency to the business

- You are currently enrolled at a university, studying Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and have completed foundational coursework in these areas
- You are comfortable switching between German and English in meetings, emails, and dashboards
- Ideally, you have previous experience working in a finance team. Marketing industry would be a plus
- Excel is your playground. If you’ve dabbled in SQL, even better
- You are structured and self-organized with strong time-management skills

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
