Was erwartet Dich?
- Du führst fachlich und disziplinarisch das Team Abrechnung / Abfertigung / Lademittel
- Du arbeitest aktiv im Tagesgeschäft mit und packst selbst mit an
- Du stellst eine fehlerfreie und termingerechte Abrechnung von Transportdienstleistungen sicher
- Du verwaltest und pflegst Stammdaten sowie die Anlage und Kontrolle von Konditionen
- Du bearbeitest effizient Reklamationen und stellst die Qualität im Fakturierungsprozess sicher
- Du bist Key User im Transportmanagement-System, optimierst Prozesse und schulst Mitarbeitende

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung als Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung
- Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Deinem Fachbereich mit
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Abrechnung oder Abfertigung in der Logistikbranche
- Du hast idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung oder wir unterstützen dich beim Hineinwachsen
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Abrechnungssystemen sowie MS Office
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und sorgfältig mit einem Blick für Details
- Du bist zuverlässig, teamorientiert und kommunikationsstark

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
