- Übernahme allgemeiner administrativer Aufgaben
- Unterstützung bei Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Messen, Events und internen Veranstaltungen
- Koordination und Kommunikation mit externen Dienstleister:innen, Partner:innen, Messebauer:innen und Agenturen
- Organisation von Logistik, Technik, Personal und Ausstattung
- Erstellung und Pflege von Projektplänen, Timelines und Teilnahmelisten
- Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von Messen und Veranstaltungen inklusive Evaluierung und Dokumentation in Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen Abteilungen
- Mitwirkung bei der Budgetüberwachung sowie Einholung von Angeboten
- Beteiligung an der Entwicklung von Event- und Messekonzepten
- Betreuung vor Ort bei Messen sowie Koordination des Auf- und Abbaus
- Erstellung von Präsentationen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing und Eventmanagement

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und/oder erste Berufserfahrungen, z. B. in der Hotellerie, Gastronomie, Messegesellschaft oder einer Eventagentur
- Sicheres Auftreten, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise und Organisationstalent
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten, Eigeninitiative und eine kreative Denkweise
- Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
