Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst nicht nur mit, sondern setzt auch um – von der Konzeption bis zur Durchführung von Testszenarien für unsere Produktkategorien
- Du analysierst Preissensitivitäten, Wettbewerberpreise, Produktverfügbarkeiten und Profitabilitätsziele – und triffst auf dieser Basis fundierte Entscheidungen
- Du übernimmst bei der Expansion in neue Märkte die initiale Preisgestaltung und behältst die Preisentwicklung kontinuierlich im Blick
- Du misst die Wirkung deiner Maßnahmen und bereitest deine Erkenntnisse in Reports und Analysen für unsere internen Stakeholder auf
- Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit unserer Inhouse-IT unsere Pricing-Systeme konzeptionell weiter – mit dem Ziel, sie auf das nächste Level zu heben

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast erste Berufserfahrung im Pricing, Business oder Data Analytics – idealerweise in einem dynamischen Umfeld
- Du kennst die Methoden und Strategien moderner Preisgestaltung und kannst sie sicher anwenden
- Du liebst Zahlen, denkst analytisch und lösungsorientiert – und hast Spaß daran, komplexe Herausforderungen zu meistern
- Du kommunizierst klar, arbeitest gerne im Team und bringst deine Ideen proaktiv ein
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Excel und hast idealerweise SQL-Kenntnisse oder Erfahrung mit BI-Tools

- Zweitgespräch (ca. 90 Min): vor Ort zusätzlich mit unserem CEO und den Beteiligten aus dem ersten Interview: Punkte aus dem ersten Gespräch vertiefen und es gibt eine Führung durchs Unternehmen
- Vertragsangebot: telefonisch und per Mail mit Matthias aus dem HR-Team

In your application overview at Workwise you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
