Dein Impact:
- Prozessoptimierung: Du gestaltest Unternehmensabläufe effizienter, indem du Digitalisierungsstrategien entwickelst
- Schnittstellenmanagement: Du unterstützt das Schnittstellenmanagement durch die Kontrolle und Optimierung von Datenflüssen und der digitalen Kommunikation, z.B. im Rahmen von Unternehmen Online
- Beratung: Du unterstützt deine Kolleg:innen sowie unsere Mandant:innen bei technischen und organisatorischen Fragestellungen rund um digitale Prozesse
- Schulungen: Du führst sowohl intern als auch extern Schulungen durch
- KI: Du nutzt KI, um Lösungsentwicklung und -etablierung voranzutreiben

Dein Skillset:
- Abschluss: Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte:r (m/w/d) und hast bestenfalls bereits die Fortbildung als Fachassistent:in Digitalisierung und IT-Prozesse (m/w/d) absolviert oder kannst du eine Weiterbildung als Fibutroniker:in vorweisen
- Berufserfahrung: Idealerweise besitzt du bereits praktische Erfahrung als Fachassistent:in oder Fibutroniker:in in der Wirtschaftsprüfung und Steuerberatung
- Kenntnisse: Dein Umgang mit DATEV und MS 365 ist sicher. Außerdem besitzt du ein ausgeprägtes Wissen über KI-Tools
- Engagement: Du zeichnest dich durch eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und dein Interesse an der Einarbeitung in neue Themenfelder aus
- Auftreten: Eine deiner Stärken liegt in deinem souveränen Auftreten und deiner ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeit, mit der du dein Wissen an Kolleg:innen weitergibst

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
