Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie wickeln Angebote, Aufträge, Versand und Rechnungsstellungen für unsere Kund:innen in Deutschland und Europa ab
- Sie bearbeiten Reklamationen, unterstützen bei der Ersatzlieferung, erstellen Gutschriften und überprüfen Belastungsanzeigen sowie Rücksendungen
- Sie unterstützen unsere Außendienst-Mitarbeitenden bei der Organisation von Veranstaltungen, inklusive Info-Materialien, Reisetätigkeiten und Musterlieferungen
- Sie kommunizieren mit Kund:innen per Mail und Telefon
- Sie beraten technisch, unter anderem bei der Steuerung von LED-Beleuchtung (eine umfassende Einarbeitung erfolgt direkt bei uns im Haus)
- Sie haben eine Affinität für technische Lösungen und gehen sicher mit Fachbegriffen der Beleuchtungsbranche um

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
