- Du entwickelst und setzt innovative, benutzerfreundliche und beeindruckende Designs für unsere Websites und digitalen Plattformen um
- Du konzipierst und gestaltest intuitive User Flows mit Fokus auf User Experience (UX) und Conversion Optimierung
- Du arbeitest eng mit cross-funktionalen Teams bei InternetX zusammen, inklusive Entwickler:innen, Produktmanager:innen und Marketing, sowie im Austausch mit dem markenübergreifenden UX-Team unserer Gruppe
- Du entwickelst das Design-System weiter, um eine konsistente Markenidentität über alle digitalen Touch Points sicherzustellen
- Du setzt User Research und Testing-Tools zur datenbasierten Optimierung von Designprozessen ein

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich UI/UX, Grafikdesign, Medieninformatik, Kommunikationsdesign oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich UI/UX-Design mit, idealerweise im eCommerce- oder digitalen Produktumfeld
- Du besitzt ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in Design- und Prototyping-Tools wie Figma, Adobe Creative Suite oder ähnlichen Programmen
- Du hast ein starkes Verständnis von Usability-Prinzipien, responsivem Design und modernen Web-Technologien
- Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und kannst komplexe Designideen klar und überzeugend präsentieren

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
