- Sie führen fachlich und zielorientiert
- Sie sind zuständig für die projektbezogene Personalplanung und -einteilung für Konstruktionsaufträge
- Sie stellen die effiziente Abwicklung von Konstruktionsaufträgen unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten, Terminen und Kapazitäten sicher
- Sie koordinieren und organisieren die Konstruktionsaufgaben für Kunden- und Entwicklungsprojekte
- Sie optimieren und entwickeln vorhandene Konstruktionen weiter
- Sie arbeiten eng mit internen Fachabteilungen und externen Zulieferern zusammen und sind mit Ihrem Team dafür zuständig, die Kundenaufträge möglichst leistungsfähig und wirtschaftlich zu konstruieren

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes elektrotechnisches Studium oder eine Weiterbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d)
- Sie haben erste Führungserfahrung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Elektrokonstruktion, idealerweise im Anlagenbau für die Lebensmittel-, Pharma- oder chemische Industrie
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit EPLAN P8 und ELCAD
- Sie sind erfahren in der Auslegung und Spezifikation im Bereich der Elektrotechnik und haben ein gutes Verständnis der geltenden elektrischen Normen und Sicherheitsvorschriften
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen (z.B. Pro Alpha) und haben gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
