Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst Marketing Strategien, um den Ad Account zu skalieren
- Du analysierst tiefgehend Creative-Performance-Daten zur Identifizierung von Hebeln für die Skalierung
- Du konzipierst Storyboards, Skripten und Texte für unterschiedliche Werbeformate
- Du konzipierst und steuerst A/B-Tests und Iterationspläne zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Creatives
- Du leitest das Creative-Briefing und arbeitest eng mit dem Inhouse-Produktionsteam sowie Freelancern zusammen
- Du erstellst strategische Konzepte für Werbeanzeigen auf Meta, TikTok, YouTube und anderen Plattformen und berätst Kund:innen markenstrategisch, um eine langfristige, vertrauensvolle Beziehung aufzubauen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Performance Marketing, in einer E-Commerce-Agentur oder als Inhouse-Creative-Strategist
- Du hast nachweisbare Erfolge in der Entwicklung von Creatives, die zu signifikantem Umsatzwachstum im sieben- oder achtstelligen Bereich geführt haben
- Du hast ein exzellentes Verständnis für E-Commerce-KPIs (ROAS, CVR, AOV, etc.) und wie Creatives diese beeinflussen
- Du besitzt tiefgehende Kenntnisse der kreativen Best Practices und Trends auf allen relevanten Plattformen (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Du hast ein starkes analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit, datenbasierte Insights in kreative Strategien zu übersetzen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
