Du bist unser Allrounder im Bereich Marketing & Sales und verbindest beide Welten: Du hilfst uns, unsere Kunden und potenziellen Interessenten bestmöglich anzusprechen, sowohl über klassische Vertriebswege als auch über moderne Marketing-Kanäle – von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur langfristigen Kundenbindung. Dabei bringst du eigene Ideen ein, übernimmst Verantwortung für Teilprojekte und unterstützt die Teams im täglichen Doing.
Deine Aufgaben bei uns:
- Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Organisation und Umsetzung von Vertriebs- und Marketingaktionen – von Mailings und Kampagnen über Social-Media-Outreach bis hin zu externen Events und Messen.
- Unterstützung bei Webrecherchen, Marktanalysen und Wettbewerbsbeobachtungen – Zusammenführung und Aufbereitung relevanter Informationen für Sales-Pitches, Kampagnenplanung und die Weiterentwicklung von Marketing- und Vertriebsstrategien.
- Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung unserer Social-Media-Strategie – Content Creation (Text/Visuals, DE & EN), Veröffentlichung und Pflege auf unseren Kanälen sowie kontinuierliche Analyse und Optimierung der Maßnahmen.
- E-Mail-Marketing & Outreaches – Gestaltung, Versand und Nachverfolgung von Mailings und Newslettern, inklusive Reporting der Ergebnisse und Ableitung von Empfehlungen für beide Bereiche.
- Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Kundenpräsentationen sowie Angebotsunterlagen – sowohl für Vertriebsteams als auch für Marketingzwecke (z. B. Veranstaltungen oder externe Kommunikation).
- Pflege und Aktualisierung der Kundendatenbank im CRM-System – Unterstützung beider Teams bei der kontinuierlichen Datenpflege, -analyse und Segmentierung zur Optimierung von Vertriebs- und Marketingmaßnahmen.
- Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Kundenanfragen – Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb sowie Kommunikation und Rückkopplung an das Marketingteam zur Identifikation von Content- oder Kampagnenpotenzialen.
- Analyse und Reporting – Auswertung und Aufbereitung von Marketing- und Vertriebsaktionen, Erstellung von Präsentationen und Berichten für das Sales-Team und die Geschäftsleitung, Entwicklung datenbasierter Empfehlungen für zukünftige Aktivitäten.
- Unterstützung bei internen und externen (Marketing-)Events – von der Planung bis zur operativen Umsetzung, inkl. Begleitung vor Ort, Nachbereitung und Kommunikation.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams Sales und Marketing/Communications im Daily Business – proaktive Unterstützung, Impulsgeber für neue Ideen und aktive Mitgestaltung der Schnittstellenprozesse.

Deine Qualifikationen
- Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing oder des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Ausrichtung
- Du verfügst über erste Erfahrungen in der Content-Erstellung, v.a. im Bereich Social Media und Print
- Du verfügst über ein hohes Organisationstalent, eine sehr gute strukturierte Arbeitsweise, behältst auch in komplexen Themen und Situationen stets den Überblick und arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und eigenständig
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office
- Du interessierst dich für Zukunftstechnologien und möchtest in einem innovativen und agilen Unternehmen praktische Erfahrung sammeln
- Du kannst gut kommunizieren, bist formulierungsstark und sprachgewandt. Du beherrscht Deutsch auf C2-Niveau.
- Du weißt, was es heißt ab und zu mal „die Extrameile“ zu gehen – oder hast evtl. schon Startup-Luft „geschnuppert“
- Du sprichst Englisch auf sehr gutem Niveau, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss.

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
