Was erwartet dich?
- Du berätst unsere Kund:innen bei allen Fragen rund um den An- und Verkauf von Edelmetallen
- Du nimmst Kauf- und Verkaufsaufträge zu unseren Edelmetallprodukten entgegen und verkaufst Investmentmetalle am Schalter
- Du prüfst, bewertest und nimmst Edelmetalle aus den Bereichen Barren, Münzen und Schmuck an
- Du bearbeitest die Warenannahme und den Versand
- Du stellst eine fehlerfreie Antragsbearbeitung und Bestellabwicklung sicher
- Du übernimmst Backoffice-Tätigkeiten und unterstützt im Vertriebsinnendienst

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, bspw. eine Ausbildung als Goldschmied (m/w/d) mit – aber auch als Quereinsteiger:in mit Begeisterung für den Verkauf bist du bei uns richtig
- Du gehst sicher mit MS Office Programmen um
- Der Umgang mit Bargeld und das Abrechnen einer Kasse stellt für dich keine Herausforderung dar
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent und arbeitest strukturiert, flexibel und selbstständig
- Du zeichnest Dich durch Teamfähigkeit und eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung aus
- Du kannst ein einwandfreies Führungszeugnis und eine positive Schufa-Auskunft vorweisen
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1-Niveau), Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
