Was erwartet dich?
Deine Aufgaben
- Entwicklung kreativer Konzepte für unsere E-Mail-Kommunikation (Newsletter, Automation, Fan Journeys)
- Aufbau und Pflege einer sauberen und aktiven Datenbasis – online und über Vor-Ort-Aktivierungen bei unseren Events
- Umsetzung und Optimierung von automatisierten Kampagnen im CRM-System (z. B. Onboarding, Re-Engagement, Retargeting)
- Erstellung relevanter Inhalte für unsere Communities (Time Warp, Love Family Park) – ganzjährig und kanalübergreifend
- Monitoring, Analyse und Reporting von Kampagnenergebnissen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Social Media, Design und Performance Marketing

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Erfahrung im Online- oder Event-Marketing, idealerweise im Bereich CRM/E-Mail Marketing
- Sicherer Umgang mit E-Mail-Tools (z. B. Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot o. ä.)
- Analytisches Denken und Freude an Zahlen, Reports und KPIs
- Kreatives Gespür für Text, Bild und Storytelling
- Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und Begeisterung für elektronische Musik und Live-Events
- Nice to have: Grundkenntnisse in Design- oder Content-Tools (Canva, Adobe Suite)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
