Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt bei der Identifikation und Qualifizierung potenzieller Kund:innen in der Rail-Logistikbranche durch Recherche und Analyse
- Du hilfst bei der Erstellung von zielgruppenspezifischen Nachrichten und unterstützt bei der Outreach-Kommunikation, zum Beispiel per E-Mail oder LinkedIn
- Du nimmst aktiv Kontakt zu potenziellen Kund:innen auf – per E-Mail, LinkedIn oder auch telefonisch – mit klarer Struktur und Unterstützung des Teams
- Du pflegst Daten in unserem CRM-System (HubSpot) und sorgst für eine saubere Lead-Dokumentation
- Du arbeitest mit dem Sales- und Marketingteam zusammen, um neue Ansätze zu testen und Outbound-Kampagnen zu unterstützen
- Du bekommst Einblicke in Kund:innengespräche, Tools und Vertriebsstrategien und kannst dich mit der Zeit immer aktiver einbringen

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
