Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt das Projektmanagement-Team bei der Organisation, Koordination und Dokumentation von Bauprojekten
- Du hilfst bei der Termin-, Qualitäts- und Kostensteuerung
- Du bereitest Projektunterlagen für monatliche Reportings auf
- Du unterstützt im Vertragsmanagement

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du studierst noch mindestens 1 Jahr und bist 20 Stunden in der Woche verfügbar (in den Semesterferien bis zu 40 h/Woche möglich)
- Du hast Interesse an der Immobilienwirtschaft und ein gutes Bauverständnis wäre von Vorteil
- Du zählst Engagement, Zuverlässigkeit und eine Hands-on-Mentalität neben deinem Organisationstalent zu deinen Stärken

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
