Was erwartet dich?
- Du rüstest unsere modernen Verpackungsanlagen um, richtest sie präzise ein und übernimmst die Steuerung während des gesamten Produktionsprozesses.
- Du stellst durch regelmäßige Inprozess-Kontrollen und eine sorgfältige Dokumentation sicher, dass unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards jederzeit eingehalten werden.
- Du analysierst und behebst eigenständig Störungen im laufenden Betrieb und führst proaktiv Wartungs- sowie Instandhaltungsarbeiten durch, um die Anlagenverfügbarkeit zu maximieren.
- In enger Abstimmung mit deinem Team übernimmst du bei Abwesenheit des Schichtleiters die fachliche Verantwortung für die Maschinen und die Koordination der anfallenden Aufgaben.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z. B. als Industriemechaniker:in, Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnik, Mechatroniker:in, Schlosser:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Maschinenführer:in, idealerweise aus einem Betrieb der Lebensmittel- oder Verpackungsindustrie
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und ergebnisorientiert, bist belastbar und flexibel
- Du hast ein gutes technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
- Du arbeitest qualitätsbewusst und gewissenhaft
- Du bist bereit zur Arbeit im Dreischichtsystem (Wechselschicht) und verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
