Was erwartet dich?
- Nach einer intensiven Einarbeitung identifizierst du eigenständig potenzielle Neukunden und übernimmst die aktive Erstansprache. Als erste Stimme für yoursquares begeisterst du Entscheider von unserer Lösung und verwandelst Kontakte in echte Chancen
- Du unterstützt uns bei der datenbasierten Analyse neuer B2B-Potenziale und bereitest strategische Unterlagen für die Erschließung neuer Marktsegmente vor
- Du unterstützt den gesamten Sales-Prozess von der Terminierung über die Sales-Präsentation bis zum Vertragsabschluss
- Du trägst aktiv dazu bei, den digitalen Neubauvertrieb auf das nächste Level zu heben, und optimierst unser Produkt basierend auf den Impulsen, die du direkt aus dem Markt gewinnst
- Du arbeitest auf Augenhöhe direkt mit der Geschäftsführung und unserem Marketing-Team zusammen – flache Hierarchien und steile Lernkurve inklusive

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist eingeschriebener Student oder hast dein Studium oder deine Ausbildung gerade erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du brennst darauf, deine Sales-Karriere zu starten und willst ein tiefes, operatives Verständnis für B2B Vertriebsprozesse in einem skalierenden PropTech-Startup entwickeln
- Du liebst den direkten Austausch mit Kunden, bist wortgewandt und verfügst über sehr gute deutsche Sprachkenntnisse (C2-Niveau)
- Du hast Spaß am direkten Kundenkontakt sowie der telefonischen Akquise und überzeugst durch dein Verhandlungsgeschick, ohne dich von Ablehnung entmutigen zu lassen
- Idealerweise konntest du bereits Erfahrung im Startup-Umfeld, Sales oder Real Estate sammeln -vorzugsweise im direkten B2B-Kundenkontakt
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent, übernimmst gerne Verantwortung für eigene Projekte und willst mit uns gemeinsam wachsen
- Dank deiner ausgeprägten Eigeninitiative erkennst du Chancen frühzeitig und setzt eigenständig Impulse,
die einen direkten Beitrag zu unserem Unternehmenserfolg leisten

Die All-In-One Lösung für den datengetriebenen Vertrieb & die Vermarktung von Immobilienprojekten. Wir helfen Bauträgern und Immobilienmaklern dabei, auch in der aktuell schwierigen Wirtschaftslage erfolgreich ihre Wohneinheiten zu verkaufen. Dabei gewinnen wir über neue, digitale Vertriebskanäle wie Instagram, Facebook, Google und LinkedIn qualifizierte Kaufinteressentenanfragen wie am Fließband. Can I process my application afterwards?
Yes, this is possible. In your application overview you can view your information and make changes. If you have already been invited to an interview, editing is no longer possible. However, you can still add general information and upload additional documents in your profile.
How do I get news about my application?
In your application overview at Workwise you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?
The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found at Workwise.
Can other companies see where else I have applied?
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
