Kfz-Meister für Nutzfahrzeugwerkstatt (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgabe
- Sie leiten und organisieren den Betrieb der Werkstatt und der LKW-Waschanlage, inklusive der disziplinarischen und fachlichen Führung der insgesamt 10 Mitarbeitenden.
- Sie verwalten den Fuhrpark, inklusive der Ersatzbeschaffung.
- Sie koordinieren, überwachen und führen Wartungsarbeiten sowie Reparaturen durch.
- Sie dokumentieren die durchgeführten Arbeiten und erledigen den dazugehörigen Schriftverkehr.
- Sie überwachen und planen das Werkstattbudget.
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Personaldisposition, die Wahrung der Arbeitssicherheit sowie die Ausbildung und Betreuung von Auszubildenden.

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kraftfahrzeugtechnikermeister
- Mehrjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
- Sehr gute LKW-Produktkenntnisse und Interesse an neuen Fahrzeugtechnologien
- Überzeugendes Auftreten und zielorientiertes Führungsverständnis
- Empathie und Kommunikationsfähigkeit über alle Ebenen
- Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Führerschein Klasse B (bzw. Klasse 3)
- Sichere IT-Kenntnisse, insb. MS Office
