- Du berätst die Mitarbeitenden unseres Unternehmens umfassend in allen Belangen des Informationssicherheitsmanagements
- Du wirkst eigenständig in sämtlichen Angelegenheiten der Informationssicherheit mit und konzipierst die Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung eines effektiven Informationssicherheitsmanagements
- Du passt das Sicherheitskonzept kontinuierlich an die sich verändernden IT-Sicherheitsanforderungen und -bedingungen sowie die sich entwickelnde Anwendungs- und Systemlandschaft unseres Unternehmens an
- Du erstellst einschlägige Policies, wie Informationssicherheitsrichtlinien, Geschäftsanweisungen und Regelungen, und entwickelst diese fortlaufend weiter
- Du führst Sicherheits- und Risikoanalysen für Prozesse, Anwendungen und externe Datenverarbeitungen durch und steuerst sowie koordinierst den Informationssicherheitsprozess, einschließlich Schutzbedarfsanalysen, Kritikalitätsbewertungen, Sicherheitsbewertungen, Gefährdungsanalysen und Risikoberichterstattung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist eine zuverlässige, gewissenhafte, motivierte und kundenorientierte Person, die sowohl Teamarbeit schätzt als auch lösungsorientiert handelt und über exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten verfügt
- Du verfügst über umfangreiche Erfahrungen in der Beratung zu den Themen Informationssicherheit und IT-Security
- Du hast idealerweise Zertifizierungen wie CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in gängigen Sicherheitstechnologien
- Du bringst mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung mit, idealerweise in einem Finanzdienstleistungsunternehmen, und hast ein fundiertes Verständnis der einschlägigen regulatorischen Anforderungen an die IT-Sicherheit
- Du zeichnest dich durch ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise aus
- Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für IT-System- und Datenarchitekturen in Genossenschaftsbanken, was deine Qualifikationen abrundet
