Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst, koordinierst und setzt IT-Projekte für unsere Neukund:innen und Bestandskund:innen um
- Du verwaltest und pflegst die Sicherheitszertifikate für unsere IT-Systeme und Anwendungen
- Du konzeptionierst, planst und führst Software-Installationen und Updates bei Kund:innen durch, inklusive der Installation der Software auf Kundensystemen
- Du entwickelst und stimmst die Rollout-Konzepte in Zusammenarbeit mit Kund:innen und internen Teams ab
- Du bist in fortlaufendem Austausch mit Kund:innen, Hersteller:innen und Produktbereichen zur Klärung technischer Fragen
- Du verwaltest und überwachst die Softwarelizenzen und verantwortest eine sorgfältige technische Dokumentation
- Du betreust weitere technische Infrastruktur, einschließlich virtueller Maschinen zur Unterstützung des Supports, Systeme für den Messeauftritt und Fernwartungstools
- In Vertretung sorgst Du für eine schnelle und effiziente Behebung von IT-Störungen, inklusive Diagnose, Fehlerbehebung und Dokumentation
- Du hast die Bereitschaft für Sondereinsätze außerhalb der regulären Supportzeiten, um Kund:innen bei geplanten Software-Updates oder Wartungsarbeiten zu unterstützen und die Systemverfügbarkeit zu maximieren

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Netzwerken, Windows Betriebssystemen, Firewall-Technik und Hardwarekomponenten
- Du besitzt Kenntnisse in Software-Rollouts, Zertifikats-Management und Lizenzverwaltung, idealerweise auch erste Datenbank-Kenntnisse
- Du begeisterst Dich dafür, komplexe IT-technische Zusammenhänge zu erfassen und Lösungen dafür zu entwickeln
- Du bist flexibel für gelegentliche Einsätze außerhalb der regulären Arbeitszeiten
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert und bist teamfähig
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
