Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d), Systemadministrator (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare IT-Qualifikation
- Du besitzt Kenntnisse in Netzwerk- und Windows-Systemen, Datenbanken, Firewall-Technik und Schnittstellen zu Hardware
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit Software-Rollouts, Zertifikaten und Lizenzen
- Du verfügst über Technikverständnis und Kundenfokus – auch in stressigen Momenten
- Du bringst Teamgeist, Eigenverantwortung und Spaß am Austausch mit Kund:innen mit
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
