Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt bei der Planung und Umsetzung von vielseitigen Inhalten – ob Text, Bild oder Bewegtbild – für unsere Kommunikationskanäle
- Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Newsletter und andere E-Mail-Formate perfekt sitzen und unsere Community erreichen, indem Du direkt bei der Umsetzung von Marketingkampagnen unterstützt
- Du erstellst Reportings und Status Übersichten zu laufenden Kampagnen und Kanälen, um Verbesserungspotenziale frühzeitig zu erkennen und die richtigen Schlüsse zu ziehen
- Du unterstützt bei der Durchführung, Analyse und Optimierung von digitalen Marketingmaßnahmen, insbesondere im Bereich Paid Social

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens 4 Monate Zeit mit
- Du studierst BWL, Marketing, Medien, Kommunikation oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang und hast idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen im (Online) Marketing gesammelt
- Du hast Spaß am Schreiben von kreativen und hochwertigen Texten und eine hohe Affinität für Texte, Bilder und deren Zusammenstellung
- Du begeisterst Dich für digitales Marketing, arbeitest strukturiert, analytisch und bringst Begeisterung für digitale Trends und Tools mit
- Du hast eine Team-Mentalität: Wir arbeiten füreinander, miteinander und unterstützen uns gegenseitig. Der Spaß und das gemeinsame Feiern von Erfolgen darf dabei nicht zu kurz kommen
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, die Dein Profil abrunden

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
