Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst und organisierst unsere 'PV-Upcycling'- und Fundraising-Events von der Konzeption über die Logistik bis zur Koordination der Vortragenden.
- Du entwickelst und steuerst die Marketingaktivitäten für die Veranstaltungen, um unsere Zielgruppe zu erreichen und eine hohe Interaktion unter den Klimaschützer:innen zu fördern.
- Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle in der Kommunikation und arbeitest eng mit unserem Team sowie den Klimavernetzern in Städten wie Kassel, Marburg oder Potsdam zusammen.
- Du packst bei den Events vor Ort tatkräftig mit an, betreust die Teilnehmenden und stellst einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicher.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du absolvierst gerade ein Studium im Bereich Eventmanagement oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung oder bringst bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen in der Organisation von Veranstaltungen mit.
- Eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus, idealerweise hast du schon erste Berührungspunkte mit Projektmanagement.
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, gehst offen auf Menschen zu und hast Freude daran, andere für eine gute Sache zu begeistern.
- Dein Herz schlägt für Nachhaltigkeit und Klimaschutz und du möchtest dich aktiv dafür einsetzen.
- Du kommunizierst sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
